All personal identifiable information will be deleted when you inform us you wish to stop using our services (e.g., by deleting your account), when your subscription expires, or when you explicitly request us to delete it. Once your request has been submitted and confirmed, your information will be deleted within 14 days.

We've added a new feature that allows you to delete your AI model data along with all generated headshots at any time through the app interface. This deletion process permanently removes the model and all associated headshots, and cannot be undone once confirmed.

Our service now offers various style options for your professional headshots, including the ability to incorporate your brand colors into selected headshot backgrounds. The usage of these features is optional and is processed according to the same privacy standards as our other services.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We make use of:

• Security software, including virus scanners
• TLS secured connections for a secure connection between our servers and your device
• The DKIM, SPF and DMARC internet standards to protect our email traffic

Headshots is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use the app or provide any personal information.

In addition to our core services, we provide various extra services to improve your experience. This includes the sending of newsletters, contacting you for customer satisfaction surveys, et cetera.
